    1. Reservations:
      • Question: Do you take reservations?
      • Answer: We do not take reservations; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • Follow-up Question: We have a party of 8, can we make a reservation?
      • Follow-up Answer: While we don’t take reservations, we appreciate a heads up for parties of 6 or more. Please call the restaurant at (715) 442-3893 with the party size, date, and estimated arrival time. This is not a reservation; the first person in the party must check in with the host(ess) upon arrival and be added to the waitlist if one has started.
    1. Partial Party Seating:
      • Question: I have a party of 4, and 2 of us are here, the other 2 are on their way. Can we get a table?
      • Answer: To be seated, the entire party must be present.
    1. Gift Cards:
      • Question: Do you have physical gift cards available?
      • Answer: Yes, physical gift cards are available at the restaurant during normal business hours. They can be picked up in person; we no longer mail gift cards. You can also purchase a gift card for someone and have it held at the restaurant for the recipient to pick up.
    1. Dietary Options:
      • Question: Do you offer Gluten-Free options?
      • Answer: Many of our entrees are gluten-free, and they are indicated on our menu board with a “GF” identifier.
      • Follow-up Question: Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
      • Follow-up Answer: We offer vegetarian options as entrees and in some soups. While we don’t have specific vegan options, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs—just ask.
    1. Allergen Concerns:
      • Question: Do you offer allergen-free cooking?
      • Answer: We use various food items in our kitchen and strive to minimize allergen cross-contact. However, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free cooking. Communicate any allergen concerns with your server, and they will liaise with the kitchen to explore possible accommodations.
