Part of Harbor View Cafe’s mission, especially in these recent times, is to support small businesses by using locally sourced, sustainable food sources in our restaurant to create delicious food. By working with Pepin County butchers, dairy farmers, produce gardeners, and more we are able to add a regional twist to every meal with freshly prepared meat, vegetables, cheese and herbs cultivated from our own community.
